Welcome to FastGreen. By accessing our website, requesting our services, or communicating
with us via any channel (including SMS), you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

FastGreen provides services related to:

 Vehicle registration and title transfers
 Plate delivery and replacement
 Insurance-related support and documentation

FastGreen is not a government agency. We act as a facilitator between clients and the
Massachusetts RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles) or third-party agencies.

2. Client Responsibilities

To use our services, clients agree to:

 Provide accurate and truthful information
 Submit all required documents in a timely manner
 Ensure all contact information is current
 Pay all applicable service and government fees in full before processing

Failure to comply may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of service.

3. Text Messaging and Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to:

 Appointment and service reminders
 Document requests and updates
 Account or registration notifications
 Marketing or promotional offers (if opted in)

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.” Message and data
rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and preferences.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at the time-of-service request. FastGreen accepts no responsibility
for delays caused by incomplete payment.

Refunds:

 Requests for cancellation before submission to the RMV may be eligible for partial
refunds (minus administrative fees).
 No refunds are issued once services have been submitted for processing, completed, or if
documentation is missing due to client oversight.

Government-imposed fees (registration, title, etc.) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Service Timelines

Processing times may vary based on:

 Client response time
 RMV processing speed
 Document completeness

FastGreen is not liable for delays caused by the RMV, mail services, or unforeseen system
outages.

6. Data Use and Privacy

By using our services, you agree to FastGreen’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect,
store, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for
marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastGreen is not responsible for:

 Government delays or errors
 Losses due to inaccurate client-provided information
 Service interruptions due to acts of nature or technical failures

In no event shall FastGreen be liable for damages exceeding the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to deny service or terminate agreements at any time if:

 False or misleading information is provided
 Abuse of communication channels occurs
 Terms of this policy are violated

9. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always
be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest
version.
